大学生思想政治教育工作推动高校学风建设的实施路径

The Implementation Path of Ideological and Political Education for College Students

由于学生认识不到位、高校教师素质参差不齐、部分学校的不重视和社会价值的错误导向导致高校学风出现一些问题。为了解决这些问题,有必要充分发挥大学生思想政治教育工作在学风建设中的作用。这就需要高校从如下四个方面采取措施:一是加强思想政治教育,提高学生学习主动性;二是丰富思想政治教育形式,营造良好育人环境;三是加强教师队伍建设,以教风促学风;四是树立学生先进典型,发挥榜样示范作用。

Due to the lack of students’ understanding,the uneven quality of college teachers,the neglect of some schools and the wrong orientation of social value lead to some problems in the style of study in colleges and universities.This requires colleges and universities to take measures from the following four aspects:first,to strengthen ideological and political education,to enhance students’ initiative in learning;second,to enrich the forms of ideological and political education and to create a good educational environment;and third,to strengthen the construction of the contingent of teachers.To promote the style of study by the style of teaching;fourth,to set up the advanced model of students and play an exemplary role.
