思政课教师与辅导员同向育人协同机制探索——以电子科技大学成都学院为例

Exploration on the Synergy Mechanism Between Teachers and Counselors in Ideological and Political Education:Taking Chengdu College of Electronic Science and Technology as an Example

大学生思想政治教育贯彻于高校教育教学的全过程,思政课教师和辅导员作为高校思政教育的两支队伍,协同育人是思政教育的必然要求。独立学院电子科技大学成都学院为例,发现两支队伍同向育人过程中存在的问题。实现队伍双向对接,促进线上线下无缝对接,提出实用有效长期的协同机制,为队伍融合促进可能性,努力打造全程全方位育人过程。

Ideological and Political education is the significance part during the college education.It is the important points that teachers and assistants work in the same goal.The author give the example so that give rise to the problems of education.Working in the team,the teachers propose the extended mechanism.In order to increase the possible of work in the team,our teachers try best to educate all the parts of students.
