中职学校德育工作存在的问题及解决对策

Problems and Solutions in Moral Education in Secondary Vocational Schools

在现阶段,中职学校的德育教学逐渐受到学校的重视。在加强中职学校德育教学的同时也要认识到存在的一系列问题,比如德育目标的制定、教学内容、考核方法等,这些问题在很大程度上影响德育教学质量。本文首先阐述了中职德育教学的特点,分析中职学校德育工作存在的主要问题,最后针对这些问题提出相应的解决对策,希望对提高中职学校德育教学有一定的借鉴意义。

At the present stage,moral education in secondary vocational schools has been paid more and more attention.At the same time,we should recognize a series of problems,such as the formulation of moral education objectives,teaching content,assessment methods and so on,which to a large extent affect the quality of moral education teaching.This paper first expounds the characteristics of moral education in secondary vocational schools,analyzes the main problems existing in moral education in secondary vocational schools,and finally puts forward corresponding solutions to these problems,hoping that it can be used for reference in improving moral education teaching in secondary vocational schools.
