当前服务型基层党组织建设还存在一些问题,导致一些基层党组织服务能力不强,面对实现全面小康、振兴乡村战略显得能力不足。加强服务型基层党组织建设,要强化基层党组织服务意识,强化党员干部作风建设,强化基层党组织阵地建设,健全干部激励保障机制并搞好考评,还要做好"两委"干部监督引导工作。

There are still some problems in the construction of service-oriented grass-roots Party organization,which leads to the weak service ability of some grass-roots Party organizations,which is insufficient in the face of realizing a well-off society in an all-round way and revitalizing the rural strategy.To strengthen the construction of service-oriented grass-roots Party organizations,we should strengthen the service consciousness of grassroots Party organizations,strengthen the work style construction of party members and cadres,strengthen the building of basic-level Party organizations’ positions,improve the mechanism of encouraging and guaranteeing cadres,and do a good job in evaluating and evaluating them.We must also do a good job in supervising and guiding cadres of the 'two committees.'
