寝室是大学生学习、生活、人际交往、兴趣培养、习惯养成的重要场所,也是开展大学生思想政治教育的重要阵地,对大学生的成长成才有着举足轻重的影响。《高校思想政治工作质量提升工程实施纲要》中指出:"把解决实际问题与解决思想问题结合起来,围绕师生、关照师生、服务师生,把握师生成长发展需要,提供靶向服务,增强供给能力,积极帮助解决师生工作学习中的合理诉求,在关心人、帮助人、服务人中教育人、引导人。"因此,高校应充分发挥学生寝室的育人前沿阵地作用,创造性地开展安全文明寝室创建工作。

Dormitory is an important place for college students to study,live,communicate with others,cultivate their interests and cultivate habits,and it is also an important position for college students to carry out ideological and political education.It has an important influence on the growth and development of college students.In the outline of the quality improvement Project of ideological and political work in Colleges and Universities,it is pointed out:'combine solving practical problems with solving ideological problems,focus on teachers and students,take care of teachers and students,and serve teachers and students.' To grasp the needs of the growth and development of teachers and students,to provide targeted services,to enhance supply capacity,to actively help solve the reasonable demands of teachers and students in their work and study,to educate and guide people in caring,helping and serving people.' Therefore,colleges and universities should give full play to the front position of students’ dormitory education and creatively carry out the work of creating safe and civilized dormitory.
