我国成年监护制度的完善探究

A Probe into the Perfection of China's Adult Guardianship System

随着我国老龄化问题的凸显,传统的成年监护体系已经无法适应当前社会经济的发展,因此,有关部门需依照相关法律法规的设定大力发展我国成年监护制度的实施,本文从我国实际发展现状出发,从根本问题中对今后我国成年监护制度的完善研究提出根本性意见。

With the aging of China,the traditional adult guardianship system has been unable to adapt to the current social and economic development,therefore,the relevant departments should vigorously develop the implementation of the adult guardianship system according to the relevant laws and regulations.Based on the present situation of China’s actual development,this paper puts forward some fundamental opinions on the perfection of adult guardianship system in China from the point of view of the fundamental problems.
