党的十九大报告首次提出政治建设和纪律建设,并把这两大建设作为党的建设总体布局重要组成部分。各级基层党组织在开展"三会一课"时务必要把党的政治建设和纪律建设作为重要抓手,深入推进基层党组织建设,全面提升其组织力、创造力、凝聚力和战斗力。
