新时期高校学生思想政治教育管理模式研究

A Study on the Management Mode of Ideological and Political Education of College Students in the New Era

随着我国社会建设的不断发展,对人才的需求也日益增多,高等院校是我国输送大批量人才的重要场所。高等院校在培养优秀人才时,应当在教授专业知识的基础上,积极开展高校学生思想政治教育管理工作,提高高校学生的品德修养。高等院校以社会发展为导向,结合学生的学习特点,采用适宜的思想政治管理模式,可以有效落实思想政治教育工作,全面提升高校学生的思想品质。本文就新时期高校学生思想政治教育管理模式研究进行如下论述。

With the continuous development of social construction in China,the demand for talents is increasing day by day,and colleges and universities are the important places to transport large quantities of talents in our country.On the basis of teaching professional knowledge,colleges and universities should actively carry out the ideological and political education management work of college students and improve their moral character.With the guidance of social development and the characteristics of students’ study,colleges and universities can effectively carry out ideological and political education and improve the ideological quality of college students by adopting the appropriate mode of ideological and political management.This paper discusses the management mode of ideological and political education of college students in the new period.
