新时代提升民办高校青年党员教师党性修养对策研究

A Study on the Countermeasures of Improving the Party Spirit of Young Party Members and Teachers in Private Universities in the New Era

本文通过分析民办高校青年党员教师发展与管理的现状入手,提出新时代提升民办高校青年党员教师党性修养的对策,论述民办高校青年党员教师必须以新时代习近平中国特色社会主义思想作为行动纲领,切实做到对党忠诚、为党分忧、为党担责、为党尽责,提高党性修养,更好地担负起立德树人的崇高使命。

Based on the analysis of the current situation of the development and management of young party member teachers in private colleges and universities,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the Party spirit cultivation of young party members teachers in private colleges and universities in the new era.This paper expounds that the young party members and teachers in private colleges and universities must take the socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era as the action program,be faithful to the party,share the worries for the party,bear the responsibility for the party,pay due attention to the party,and improve the cultivation of the party spirit.Better shoulder the lofty mission of standing up and building people.
