摘要
幼儿园教师是幼儿园开展教育教学活动的具体执行者,其实践能力的高低直接影响幼儿的成长与发展另一方面也影响着幼儿的健康成长,与整个幼儿教育事业的发展息息相关。本文采用采用自编问卷,对鄂尔多斯地区不同学历幼儿园教师的职业技能适应进行现状调查,旨在发现不同学历的教师在职业技能适应上的不同,根据调查结果尝试对学前教育专业课程设置提出一些建议。
Kindergarten teachers are the executors of educational and teaching activities in kindergarten,their practical ability directly affect children’s growth and development,and closely be related to the development of the preschool education.In this paper,A self-designed questionnaire survey on current situation of the vocational skills of kindergarten teachers with different academic diplomas in Ordos was done,aimed at discovering the vocational adaptation’ difference from different degree,then accordingly put forward some suggestions to curriculum provision of pre-school education majors.
