高校“四位一体”创新育人途径建构研究

新时代的中国正处于全面深化改革的关键期,习近平总书记在党的十九大中指出:"创新是引领发展的第一动力,是建设现代化经济体系的战略支撑。"结合新旧动能转换的历史时机,高校创新型人才培养即是国家发展的要求,更是高等教育的根本。创新育人是高校在时代强音的召唤下做出的必然选择,研究从创新育人文化、体制机制、平台载体、队伍建设"四位一体"阐述高校创新育人的途径建构,是基于当前高校创新育人的工作实际,为高校创新育人工作的深入推进提供路径选择。
