小学英语教师校本培训现状与问题调查研究

Investigation on the Current Situation and Problems of School-based Training for English Teachers in Primary Schools

本文以小学英语教师校本培训为研究对象,通过问卷调查的方法,对小学英语教师校本培训的目标、内容、模式、需求及存在问题进行了科学、详尽的调查研究,提出了开展小学英语校本教师培训活动的实施建议。

Taking school-based training of primary school English teachers as the research object,this paper makes a scientific and detailed investigation and study on the objectives,contents,models,needs and existing problems of school-based training of primary school English teachers by means of questionnaires.Some suggestions are put forward to carry out the training activities of primary school English teachers.
