实施高校创新创业教育是知识经济时代对高等教育的要求,是高等教育大众化时代走出困境的必然选择。对高校创新创业教育来说,其师资队伍各方面的水平程度会对受教育效果产生较为直接的影响。通过分析当前高校创新创业教育师资队伍建设所面临的困惑与难点,笔者将进一步探讨高校创新创业教育师资队伍建设的有效路径,以期为高校创新创业教育师资队伍建设的实践提供参考。

The implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities is the demand for higher education in the age of knowledge economy,and it is the inevitable choice to get out of the predicament in the age of popularization of higher education.For the innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities,the level of the various aspects of the teacher team will have a more direct impact on the educational effect.By analyzing the puzzles and difficulties faced by the current innovation and entrepreneurship education teacher team construction in universities,the author will further explore the effective path for the teacher team construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities,with a view to providing reference for the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education teacher team construction in universities.
