教练技术是一门源自美国的教育管理技术,倡导能让被教练者快速、有效地澄清自己的决策,高效地付诸行动。当前中国正掀起创业热潮,而国内大学生创业意识淡薄、目标盲目、行动力弱的现状亟需解决,在国家"大众创业,万众创新"的大背景下,将教练技术应用于大学生创业实践中,既能够提升大学生创业的成功率,同时也是对教练技术和创业教育理念的创新,对高校就业创业教育及工作有着重大的意义。

Coach is an educational management technology from the United States which advocates a quick and clear decision and efficient action.Currently,entrepreneurship become more popular in China,but the status is that the college students is lack of entrepreneurship consciousness,goal and weak executive force which need to be solved. In the background of 'public entrepreneurship,peoples innovation',to apply Coach to the practice of college students entrepreneurship can not only improve the success rate of the college students’ entrepreneurship,but an innovation of the concept of entrepreneurship education and Coach. The research will be of great significance.
