A Study on the New Model of Mental Health Education for Post-95 College Students

随着时代经济的快速发展,大学生面临着学习压力、就业压力、角色转变带来的适应压力等多重问题,其心理健康状况已成为新时期社会关注的焦点问题,根据艺术本科院校大学生的特点,心理健康教育涉及到微观的帮助学生解决实际问题等层面,构建艺术本科院校大学生心理健康教育新模式,针对艺术本科生心理素质,有效推动艺术本科院校大学生的健康全面发展。

With the rapid development of the times economy,college students are faced with many problems,such as the pressure of learning,the pressure of employment,the adaptation pressure brought by the change of roles.Their mental health has become the focus of social attention in the new period.According to the characteristics of the college students in the art college,the psychological health education involves the microcosmic help students to solve practical problems and so on.The new mode of mental health education for undergraduates is aimed at effectively promoting the healthy and all-round development of undergraduates in art colleges,aiming at the psychological quality of art undergraduates.
