高校青年教师科研能力现状与提升路径研究

Research on the Present Situation and Promotion Path of Young Teachers' Scientific Research Ability in Colleges and Universities

当前,国家对以青年教师为主体的辅导员提出了职业化、专业化、专家化的具体要求,对于思想政治教育也提出来新的更高的要求,科学研究能力既是辅导员做好工作的现实需要,也是其个人综合素质的发展需要。本文在全面调查当前高校青年辅导员的科研能力状况的基础上,分析了改进高校辅导员科研能力的迫切必要性,并从宏观、中观、微观三个层面提出了具体的建议。

At present,the state has put forward the specific requirements of professionalization and specialization for counselors with young teachers as the main body,and has also put forward new and higher requirements for ideological and political education.The ability of scientific research is not only the practical need for counselors to do a good job,but also the development of their personal comprehensive qualities.Based on a comprehensive investigation of the current scientific research ability of college youth counselors,this paper analyzes the urgent necessity of improving the scientific research ability of university counselors,and puts forward some concrete suggestions from the macro,meso and micro levels.
