十九大报告中指出"加快一流大学和一流学科建设,实现高等教育内涵式发展",这为高校"双一流"建设指明了方向,"内涵式发展"即要反求诸己,一流高校的建设要以一流学科为根本基础,而一流学科最核心最具象的表现即是一流的师资队伍,一流的师资队伍才能带来一流的学术成果、一流的人才培养、一流的学术声誉,从而构成丰满的一流学科与一流高校,因此在"双一流"建设背景下树立科学的高层次人才引进理念至关重要,本文从三个理念转变分析来浅谈这个问题。
