How to Cultivate in College Student Management

对高校学生管理而言,辅导员应针对学生的真实需求与管理特征,来开展学生管理工作,以促进高校学生自主管理能力的提高。同时,辅导员应不断调动学生自主管理积极性,使学生行为习惯得到规范,从而为学生今后的发展奠定良好基础。本文以培养学生自主管理的作用分析为出发点,着重探讨高校培养学生自主管理的有效策略。

For college student management,counselors should carry out student management according to students’ real needs and management characteristics,so as to promote the improvement of college students’ self-management ability.At the same time,the counselors should constantly arouse the enthusiasm of students’ self-management and standardize their behavior habits,thus laying a good foundation for the development of students in the future.Based on the analysis of the function of cultivating students’ autonomous management,this paper focuses on the effective strategies of cultivating students’ autonomous management in colleges and universities.
