摘要
教务干事是教学管理体系中的重要组成部分,然而,在具体工作环境中,教务干事面临着任务繁重琐碎,工作压力大,无法体现成就感等方面的问题,因此,在具体工作中,应科学配备教务干事,减轻工作压力,并建立科学合理的考核制度,才能保证教务干事队伍的稳定与发展。
Educational administration officers are an important part of the teaching management system.However,in the specific working environment,educational administration officers are faced with such problems as heavy and trivial tasks,heavy work pressure,inability to embody a sense of achievement,and so on.In order to ensure the stability and development of the educational administration team,we should scientifically equip educational administration officers,lighten the working pressure and establish a scientific and reasonable examination system.
