摘要
针对目前高职英语课堂存在的问题,笔者进行了"有效教学"的探索,认为高职英语教师应积极建设和谐、愉快的课堂,充分激发学生主体性,优化教学内容和教学手段,并结合专业特点和就业趋向明确教学目标,根据学生的英语基础和能力实施分层教学,逐步提升他们的英语能力。
In view of the problems existing in the English classroom in higher vocational colleges,the author explores the 'effective teaching' and holds that English teachers in higher vocational colleges should actively build a harmonious and pleasant classroom and fully stimulate students’ subjectivity.In order to improve students’ English ability,we should optimize the teaching contents and teaching methods,make clear the teaching goal according to the characteristics of major and the tendency of employment,and carry out the stratified teaching according to the students’ English foundation and ability.
