With the development of society,the demand for health and the quality of medical and nursing services are increasing.As a new nursing model,high-quality nursing has been popularized in hospitals at all levels.At the same time,it puts forward higher request to the professional quality of nursing staff.The nursing colleges and universities should take the high quality nursing idea as the instruction,train the professional accomplishment of the nursing specialty students,and lay a good foundation for the students to adapt to the demands of the nursing work as soon as possible after they go to work.This paper expounds the connotation of high quality nursing and how to cultivate the professional accomplishment of nursing students from various angles and strategies under the guidance of the concept of high quality nursing.
