高校公共教学资源管理的困境与对策

Difficulties and Countermeasures of Public Teaching Resources Management in Colleges and Universities

随着国家综合实力的不断增强,国家和地方对高校的投入与支持促进了我国现阶段高校公共教学资源的飞跃式发展,然而高校现有的公共教学资源管理和运行模式却并未与时俱进,使得投入成本不断增加,管理成本居高不下,重复建设、利用率低下等问题日益严重,本文分析了制约高校公共教学资源管理的不利因素,并提出的解决的思路和方法。

With the continuous strengthening of the national comprehensive strength,the investment and support of the state and the local to the colleges and universities have promoted the development of the public teaching resources of colleges and universities in our country at this stage.However,the existing management and operation mode of public teaching resources in colleges and universities have not kept pace with the times,which makes the input cost increase,the management cost remains high,repeated construction,low utilization rate and other problems become more and more serious.This paper analyzes the unfavorable factors restricting the management of public teaching resources in colleges and universities,and puts forward some ideas and methods to solve them.
