高校档案管理质量保障体系建设探究

A Probe into the Construction of Quality Assurance System for Archives Management in Colleges and Universities

随着我国经济的发展和社会的进步,我国高校也随之发展。高校的档案管理制度一直是高校建设和日常管理工作中的重要内容。高校的档案不仅记载着高校的日常工作,更记载着高校的人才培养以及科研成果,社会效益和历年高校所组织的各种活动,所以在整个高校管理体系中起着至关重要的作用。随着我国科技的发展,高校的档案管理制度逐渐走向智能化,信息化和现代化,这是档案管理制度的必然趋势,也是紧跟社会潮流的表现。但如何提高高校档案管理制度的水平和质量是一个有待解决的问题。本人根据高校档案管理工作的现状提出一些存在的问题,并针对这些问题写出自己的建议。希望高校的档案管理体系方面能够更好的发展,也希望本文可以给相关文章一些借鉴作用。

With the development of economy and society,colleges and universities in our country also develop.The archives management system of colleges and universities has been an important content in the construction and daily management of colleges and universities.The archives of colleges and universities not only record the daily work of universities,but also record the cultivation of talents and the achievements of scientific research,social benefits and various activities organized by colleges and universities over the years,so they play a vital role in the whole management system of colleges and universities.With the development of science and technology in our country,the archives management system of colleges and universities is gradually moving towards intellectualization,information and modernization,which is the inevitable trend of archives management system and the manifestation of keeping up with the social trend.However,how to improve the level and quality of university archives management system is a problem to be solved.According to the current situation of archives management in colleges and universities,I put forward some existing problems,and write my own suggestions for these problems.I hope that the file management system of colleges and universities can be better developed,but also hope that this paper can give some reference to the relevant articles.
