随着国家的发展,社会经济的进步,在目前的市场中,对于各种制定性人才的需求量也在不断增加,而在传统学徒制下发展起来的现代学徒制是目前为了适应经济发展和教育深化改革而新生的一种教育模式。其主要任务就是与校企合作培养专业型工作人才,以达到校企双赢,共同发展的目的。因此,本文将就基于现代学徒制分析高职院校校企合作的教学管理实践方式进行研究,以期能够对我国的校企合作发展起到一定帮助。
