职业技能竞赛与常规教学的衔接融通

Integration of Vocational skill Competition and conventional Teaching

职业技能竞赛不仅能提高学生的实践技能和创新能力,也能展现职业院校的办学成果,提升学校知名度。本文针对目前许多职业院校只关注比赛成绩,使得竞赛与常规教学相脱离的现状,提出职业技能竞赛与常规教学有效衔接融通的方式,从而实现"以赛促教、以赛促学"的目标。

The vocational skills competition can not only improve the students ’practical skills and innovation abilities, but also show the teaching achievements of vocational colleges and raise their popularity. In view of the fact that many vocational colleges pay much more attention to competition results than to daily teaching now, this paper puts forward the way how to integrate professional skills competition with daily teaching effectively, so as to achieve the goal of 'promoting education by competition and learning by competition'.
