高职教学质量“双控体系”的构建与实践探索

摘要 随着经济时代的深入发展,人们越来越重视高等教育,而在强大的教学竞争力当中,高等职业教育也越来越备受关注,其发展态势也是高歌猛进。然而令人担忧的是,高等教育的迅速发展与教育投入力度小的矛盾越来越突出。主要体现在以下几点:首先师资力量不够雄厚,一线教师资源稀缺;教学环境恶劣,学习氛围不浓厚;教学质量停滞不前等。教学质量能否得到提高是决定高等职业院校能否在强大的教学竞争力中取得长久发展的重要因素。归根结底,我们需要大力提高高等职业教学的教学质量,创新教学方式,改善教学环境,促进高等职业教学健康可持续性发展[1]。 With the further development of economic times, people pay more and more attention to higher education. However, the contradiction between the rapid development of higher education and the small investment in education is becoming more and more serious. It is mainly reflected in the following points: first of all, the teachers are not strong enough, the first-line teachers are scarce;the teaching environment is bad, the learning atmosphere is not strong;the teaching quality is stagnant, and so on. Whether the teaching quality can be improved or not is an important factor that determines whether the higher vocational colleges and universities can achieve long-term development in the strong teaching competitiveness. In the final analysis, we need to improve the teaching quality of higher vocational teaching, innovate teaching methods, improve teaching environment, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of higher vocational teaching [1].
