作为职业能力中的重要组成部分,职业素质也是贯彻"就业导向"人才教育理念的基本内容。高职院校创新思政教育与职业素质培养的融合模式,不仅能充分体现思政课程的职业性、实践性,还能突显思政课程的开放性、发展性、思想性,对学生综合素能的增强有积极意义。本文就对高职学生思政教育与职业素质培养融合模式创新进行分析和探究。

As an important part of vocational ability, professional quality is also the basic content of carrying out the concept of 'employmentoriented' talent education. The innovation of the fusion mode of ideological and political education and professional quality training in higher vocational colleges can not only fully reflect the professional and practical nature of the ideological and political curriculum, but also highlight the openness, development and ideological content of the ideological and political curriculum. It is of positive significance to the enhancement of students’ comprehensive elemental ability. This paper analyzes and probes into the innovation of the fusion mode of ideological and political education and professional quality training for higher vocational students.
