摘要 在强化管理育人,即将推动教育部规划的"十大育人"体系背景下,高校教育管理工作者,围绕贯彻落实十九大精神,做一个政治定力、教育定力、文化定力的教育践行者,以提升个人政治意识、法治意识、自律意识、自强意识,从而实现治理有方、管理到位、风清气正的育人目的。 Under the background of strengthening management and education and promoting 'Ten Educator' education system which is designed by the Ministry of Education, all college education administrators need to focus on implementation of the spirit of the 19 th National Congress and become education practitioners that possess political composure, educational composure and cultural composure. So that they can raise their political consciousness, legal consciousness, self-discipline consciousness and self-improvement consciousness. Hence achieving the goal of educating people to be well-governed, well-managed and upright.
