摘要
为了贯彻落实健康第一的指导思想,切实加强学校体育工作,促进学生积极参加体育锻炼,养成良好的锻炼习惯,提高体质健康水平,参照《国家学生体质健康标准(2014年修订)》(以下简称《标准》),通过对东北石油大学在校大学生每年的身高、体重、肺活量、立定跳远、坐位体前屈、50m、800m(女)和1000m(男)、1分钟仰卧起坐(女)和引体向上(男)的体质测量比对,了解和认识该校学生的体质状况,对测试结果进行调查分析,进而对不足之处提出解决和发展对策,完善不足,为学校体育教学的发展提供参考和借鉴。
