摘要
加强联合培养基地导师队伍建设是提高教育硕士研究生培养质量的重要环节,通过形成"U-G-S"研究生培养工作机制、成立管理机构和完善导师遴选等实施办法,建立主体交互式和专兼职结合的教育硕士研究生导师队伍,提高教育硕士研究生培养质量。
Strengthening the construction of a mentor team in a joint training center is an important part of improving the quality of education for postgraduates in education. Through the formation of a 'UGS' graduate student training mechanism, the establishment of a management organization, and the improvement of mentors’ selection methods, an interactive and part-time combination has been established. Education master graduate tutor team to improve the quality of postgraduate education education.
