摘要
近年来,伴随着就业人数的增加,我国就业形势面临着前所未有的挑战,在研究生就业选择的过程中,出现了"第一学历歧视"的现象,损害了就业者的平等权,导致大量人才流失,因此,研究这一现象的成因及实施路径迫在眉睫。
In recent years, with the increase of employment, the employment situation in China is facing unprecedented challenges. In the process of employment choice of postgraduates, the phenomenon of 'first degree discrimination' appears, which damages the equal right of employed persons. As a result of a large number of brain drain, it is urgent to study the causes and implementation of this phenomenon.
