The educational function of elegant music has made great contribution to the construction of campus culture. Also it helps to improve quality of students and lead the school spirit,which add infinite charm to campus culture.nevertheless, the lack of culture atmosphere of high school music impedes the development of the function of elegant music. This moment we are supposed to make full use of propaganda medium in colleges and universities for the popularity of elegant music, the reinforcement of the education of music quality of undergraduates, the reinforcement of the construction of basic hardware facilities and the advancement of public music education so as to promote the realization of the function of elegant music education.
