摘要
近些年,韩国教育取得了显著的教学成果和发展,教学特色鲜明。韩国的教师教育也形成了自己的教育机制和特点。本文将从韩国教师教育的历史发展出发、从管理体制等角度,对比分析中韩两国的教师教育,并力求能为中国的教师教育提供可行借鉴。
In recent years, Korean education has made remarkable teaching achievements and development, with distinct teaching characteristics. South Korea’s teacher education has also formed its own educational mechanism and characteristics. Starting from the historical development of teacher education in Korea and from the perspective of management system, this paper will make a comparative analysis of teacher education in China and Korea, and strive to provide a feasible reference for teacher education in China.
