随着我国社会的不断发展,对各类专业人才的需求日益增多,其中艺术类人才的要求也逐步提升,需要艺术类院校加强管理工作,为社会发展提供专业的艺术人才。当前,艺术类高校在开展教学管理工作时,受到学生基础能力的影响,教学管理普遍存在问题,影响艺术类高校的建设发展。故此,艺术类高校应当根据实际情况,深入分析教学管理问题,制定相应的解决对策,确保艺术类高校教学管理工作的顺利实施,本文就艺术类高校教学管理存在的问题与对策进行如下论述。

With the development of our society the demand for all kinds of professionals is increasing day by day. Among them, the requirements of art talents are raised step by step, art colleges and universities need to strengthen the management work, to provide professional art talents for the development of society. At present, the teaching management of art colleges is influenced by the students’ basic ability, and the problems in teaching management affect the construction and development of art colleges and universities. Therefore, art colleges and universities should, according to the actual situation, deeply analyze the problems of teaching management, formulate corresponding solutions, and ensure the smooth implementation of teaching management in art colleges and universities. This paper discusses the problems and countermeasures of teaching management in art colleges and universities as follows.
