摘要
随着中国经济的快速发展,中国旅游业近些年来异军突起,成为一大经济产业。本文介绍了变译理论,结合实例说明了旅游文本汉英翻译中"变"的必要性以及应采用的策略和辅助准则。更进一步指出应该以可理解为目的,要求旅游文本译文不仅具可读性,还要有使读者认同并产生兴趣的文本效果。
With the rapid development of China’s economy, Chinese tourism has become a major economic industry in recent years. This paper introduces the theory of variant translation, and illustrates the necessity of 'change' in Chinese-English translation of tourist texts, as well as the strategies and auxiliary criteria to be adopted. Furthermore, it is pointed out that the tourism text translation should be readability, and should have the text effect that makes readers agree and produce interest.
