After entering the 21 century, the application of information technology in physical education has become more and more extensive. How to better use information technology and better serve physical education has become an important subject for PE teachers in the new period. The purpose of this paper is to study the positive significance of information technology, to explore the application of information technology in physical education, and to provide feasible ideas for the application and promotion of information technology in physical education.
