Discussion on Rural Talent Revitalization

十九大报告对三农问题进行全面部署-实施乡村振兴战略。而乡村振兴的"根"在人才上,本文应用数据分析的方法介绍了当前乡村的人才现状,以及一号文件中乡村人才振兴战略的主要内容及各地区实践所取得的优秀成果。各地区应以一号文件为指导,重点关注乡村人才的培养,以尽快实现乡村振兴。

The Nineteenth National Congress report carries on the comprehensive deployment to the three rural issues-implements the village rejuvenation strategy. On the 'root' of rural revitalization, this paper introduces the present situation of rural talents by the method of data analysis, as well as the main contents of the strategy of rural talents revitalization in document No. 1 and the outstanding achievements in practice in various regions. All regions should be guided by document No. 1 and pay attention to the cultivation of rural talents so as to realize rural rejuvenation as soon as possible.
