摘要
工匠精神引领高职人才培养质量控制体系的构建,是实现高等教育人才培养质量全面提升的必然选择。本文以全面管理的质量思想和质量控制理论为基础,分析高职人才培养质量控制的目标、任务及构建原则,以工匠精神为引领提出适合高职院校持续发展的人才培养质量控制系统的框架。
The craftsmanship spirit leads the construction of the quality control system for higher vocational talent training, which is the inevitable choice to realize the comprehensive promotion of the quality for talent training. Based on the theory of total quality management and quality control, this paper analyzes the aim, task and construction principles of quality control for higher vocational talent training.Then based on the spirit of craftsmanship, the framework of quality control system for talent training is put forward which is suitable for the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.
