随着时代的快速发展,如何全面加强基层党政干部培养链的构建,成为思想政治教育视域下的研究重点。科学合理地构建完善的基层党政干部培养链,能够在很大程度上促进干部队伍以及领导班子的建设,进而促进社会的又好又快发展。在这种情况下,全面加强在思想政治教育视域下的基层党政干部培养链的构建研究显得尤为重要。本文首先阐述了当前基层党政干部培养链构建中存在的问题;其次着重探讨了构建科学系统的基层党政干部培养链的策略。

With the rapid development of the times, how to strengthen the construction of the cultivation chain of grass-roots party and government cadres has become the focus of research in the field of ideological and political education. The scientific and reasonable construction of the perfect training chain of the party and government cadres at the grass-roots level can to a great extent promote the construction of the cadre team and the leading group, and then promote the good and fast development of the society. In this case, it is particularly important to strengthen the construction of the cultivation chain of grass-roots party and government cadres from the perspective of ideological and political education. This paper first expounds the problems existing in the construction of the training chain of the party and government cadres at the grass-roots level, and then probes into the strategies of constructing the training chain of the Party and government cadres at the grass-roots level in a scientific and systematic way.
