摘要 当大学共同体发展遭遇新的困境,应寻求新的理论视角去重新审视师生关系的处理。跳出"主体性"及"主体间性"从自我出发去映射他人,强调付出需等价回报的功利主义互动理念,以"他者性"的视域来重唤为"他人"奉献的师德伦理。从教师自身责任角度出发,通过师生间情感准备、知行互动,最终达成精神缔结,努力为探索师生共同体良性发展做出有益尝试。 When the development of university community is confronted with new difficulties, we should seek new theoretical perspectives to re examine the handling of teacher-student relationship. To jump out of 'subjectivity' and 'intersubjectivity' from the self to map others, emphasize the utilitarian interaction concept of paying equal return, and call on the ethics of 'others' in the perspective of 'others'. From the perspective of teachers’ own responsibility, through emotional preparation, knowledge and interaction between teachers and students, the spiritual conclusion is finally reached, and a beneficial attempt is made to explore the healthy development of the teacher and student community.
