摘要
本研究以地方高师院校的师范生为调查对象,采用苗元江编制的《综合幸福问卷》,研究专科师范生的总体幸福感、幸福感各维度的差异,探讨提升师范生幸福感的有效策略。调查结果表明:(1)高师院校师范生的总体幸福感良好;(2)结合人口统计学特征进行总体幸福感比较,性别、专业、是否免费对总体幸福感的影响无显著性,年级、家庭收入对总体幸福感影响显著;(3)结合人口统计学特征进行幸福感各维度的差异分析,幸福感的部分维度表现出显著差异。建议高师院校在师范生培养中,以提升师范生职业能力为基础、增强师范生专业认同为核心、关注师范生心理健康教育为辅助,增强师范生幸福感,提升师范生培养质量。
This research takes the normal college students of local normal colleges as the investigation object, adopts the 'Comprehensive Happiness questionnaire' compiled by Miao Yuanjiang, and studies the differences of the general well-being and the happiness of the normal college students. To explore the effective strategies to improve the well-being of normal school students. The results show that:(1) normal college students’ overall well-being is good;(2) combined with demographic characteristics of overall well-being comparison, gender, specialty, whether free of charge on the overall wellbeing of no significant impact, grade, Family income has a significant impact on the overall well-being;(3) combined with demographic characteristics of the well-being of the analysis of the differences in each dimension, the well-being of some dimensions showed significant differences. It is suggested that in the training of normal college students, it should be based on enhancing the vocational ability of normal students, strengthening the professional identity of normal college students, paying attention to the psychological health education of normal college students, enhancing the well-being of normal students and improving the training quality of normal college students.
