大学卓越教师专业成长途径研究——基于36位高等学校教学名师传记的内容分析

摘要 为了引领大学教师专业成长方向,打造大学卓越教师队伍。本文运用内容分析法对《名师颂:记第三届高等学校教学名师奖获得者》一书中记载的其中36位高等学校教学名师的传记材料进行分析,结果发现:注重科研、教学的反思与研究、坚持学习、编写教材、个人努力、教学与科研的相互促进六个途径相互作用,促进大学卓越教师专业成长。为促进大学教师向卓越教师的迈进,除了教师自身的努力之外,政府和学校为其提供良好的环境也很重要。 In order to lead the professional growth of university teachers, to create a team of outstanding university teachers. In this paper, the biographical materials of 36 famous teachers in colleges and universities recorded in the book 'Ode to famous Teachers: the third Prize winner in Teaching in Colleges and Universities' are analyzed by using content analysis method. The results show that scientific research should be paid more attention to. Reflection and research in teaching, persistence in learning, compilation of teaching materials, personal efforts, mutual promotion of teaching and scientific research interact with each other to promote the professional growth of outstanding teachers in universities. In order to promote the progress of university teachers towards excellent teachers, it is also important for the government and schools to provide a good environment for university teachers in addition to their own efforts.
