高校“双创”教育质量提升的困境及其应对策略

The Dilemma and Countermeasures of Improving the Education Quality of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Colleges and Universities

大学生创新创业教育是高校培养创新型人才的坚实基础,高校缓解就业压力的重要途径。我国高校创新创业教育质量虽然得到了较大发展,但在实际教学中依旧受到教育体系不完备、课程体系不完善、师资队伍力量不足、教育教学效果欠佳等诸多问题影响。通过对高校创新创业教育质量提升所面临的困境分析,提出高校应采取积极构建创新创业全程育人体系、积极吸取国外创新创业教育经验、积极营造良好创新创业校园环境、引入企业家作为创业导师团队成员、健全学校创新创业课程体系等相关举措,以此进一步推进创新创业教育质量的提升。

Innovative and entrepreneurial education for college students is the solid foundation of cultivating innovative talents, and an important way to relieve the pressure of employment in colleges and universities. Although the quality of innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in our country has been greatly developed, it is still affected by many problems in actual teaching, such as incomplete education system, imperfect curriculum system, insufficient teaching staff, poor educational and teaching effect, etc. Based on the analysis of the difficulties faced by the quality improvement of innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward that colleges and universities should take active measures to construct the whole process education system of innovative entrepreneurship, actively absorb the experience of foreign innovative entrepreneurship education, and actively create a good campus environment for innovation and entrepreneurship. Introducing entrepreneurs as members of entrepreneurial tutors team, perfecting school innovation entrepreneurship curriculum system and other relevant measures to further promote the quality of innovative entrepreneurship education.
