在习近平总书记系列重要讲话中"责任""重任""使命""担当"等词汇多次出现,充分体现出习总书记对培育大学生社会责任意识的高度重视。当前大学生对自身责任意识方向和范畴不明确,对于如何提高自身责任意识能力,增强自身综合素质,提升回报社会、服务社会本领认识不清。作为高校的德育教师、思想政治教育工作者——辅导员,可以通过自身人格魅力感染、号召、凝聚大学生力量,帮助大学生明确自身责任意识范畴,确定自身责任意识努力方向,提升自身责任意识能力和水平。此外,提升辅导员人格魅力要求辅导员老师,要不断学习、反复实践,重视平时与学生平等、真诚交流,达到心理与情感共鸣,不断增强辅导员人格魅力的吸引力、感召力,实现学生成长成才的目标。
