高校学风建设路径探究

A Probe into the Construction Path of Learning Style in Colleges and Universities

学风是一所一所大学精神文化的体现,是一种巨大的精神力量和育人资源。学风一方面体现学生在校学习的精神面貌,另一方面也是高校教师师风师德及综合素质的全面反映。本文以重庆某大学建校时间最长、人数规模最大的学院土木建筑学院作为研究案例,研究其当前学风建设现状突出的三大症状,提出了加强学风建设的五大举措,对于进一步改善学风建设具有重要的现实意义。

The style of study is the embodiment of a university’s spiritual culture and a huge spiritual force and educational resources. On the one hand, the style of study reflects the mental outlook of students in school, on the other hand, it is also a comprehensive reflection of teachers’ morality and comprehensive quality. This paper takes the civil engineering college of a university in Chongqing, which has been established for the longest time and with the largest number of people, as a case study, studies the three symptoms of the present situation of the construction of the style of study, and puts forward five measures to strengthen the construction of the style of study for further improving the style of study construction has important practical significance.
