摘要
在当今社会,教师对自我角色的明确定位对教师与幼儿都产生决定性作用。本文就针对教师角色定位展开讨论,根据实践经验和相关理论学习分析幼儿教师在幼儿生活中角色的定位与行为。幼儿教师是丰富幼儿情感生活和精神世界、促进幼儿个性化发展、提高幼儿认知水平发展的导师;是家园共育的纽带、幼儿的朋友。幼儿教师应根据实际情况调整自己的定位,促进幼儿健康成长。
In today’s society, teachers’ self-roles play a decisive role in both teachers and young children. This paper discusses the role orientation of teachers and analyzes the role orientation and behavior of preschool teachers in their life based on practical experience and relevant theories. Preschool teachers are teachers who enrich children’s emotional life and spiritual world, promote children’s individualized development and improve children’s cognitive level. Preschool teachers should adjust their position according to the actual situation to promote the healthy growth of children.
