摘要
辅导员话语由辅导员角色决定,围绕辅导员思想政治教育目的开展,是社会各种权力相互作用的结果,是非意识形态性和意识形态性的统一。自媒体语境下,辅导员话语不再是以往传统的自上而下传达式绝对中心话语。辅导员经过共同关注、平等参与、对话交流、互惠分享和反思评价等环节,通过自媒体平台文本与学生进行沟通,与学生建立双向互动、评价反馈式的对话关系。当前,辅导员话语形式、内容和精神面临困境,具体表现为话语权威虚化、话语个性虚无和话语引领失语。要打破以上困境,辅导员应试图营造信任交互氛围,与学生建立平等对话,话语表达情理交融,展现话语自信,因势利导,树立话语领袖,从而实现话语优化,增强思想政治教育实效。
Counselors’ discourse is determined by the role of counselors, to carry around the purposes on ideological and political education. It is the result of the interaction of various social power. And it is non-ideological and ideological composite. In the context of We-media, counselors’ discourse is no longer the traditional top-down style absolute center. By aspect of common concern, equal participation dialogue, mutual sharing and reflective evaluation, counselors from the media platform establish of dialogue relations of two-way interaction and feedback evaluation with student. At present, the form, content and spirit of counselors’ discourse are confronted with difficulties, which are manifested in the emptiness of discourse authority, the emptiness of discourse personality and the aphasia of discourse leading.To break the above difficulties, counselors should try to establish equal dialogue In the atmosphere of trust with the students. Counselors try to express words confidently and make leaders to achieve optimization.
