On the Misuse of Honorific Words in Business Japanese from a Cultural Perspective

在日语中,敬语是重要组成部分,是学习日语的基本要求之一,必须对敬语进行正确规范化使用。但是,较多人在学习敬语时均难以掌握,因其具有复杂性。总的来说,在日常的家庭生活中,日本人是不怎么使用敬语的。而恰当、准确的使用敬语,便是各种商务活动场合所需要的,可表达对商务伙伴的尊重,同时体现了商务人士良好的职业素养,对促进商务活动顺利开展大有助益。本文将从文化角度,对商务日语中敬语误用原因进行分析。

Honorific is an important part of Japanese and one of the basic requirements of learning Japanese. However, many people are difficult to learn honorific because of its complexity. In general, Japanese don’t use honorific in their daily family life. The proper and accurate use of honorific words is the need of various business occasions, can express respect for business partners, while reflecting the good professional qualities of business people, to promote the smooth development of business activities a lot of help. This paper analyzes the causes of the misuse of honorific in business Japanese from the perspective of culture.
