基于Trados的专利摘要英译问题及解决办法

Translation of Patent Abstracts Based on Trados and its Solutions

近年来,随着专利英译需要的显著递增,为减轻译者负担,提高效率,计算机辅助翻译技术逐渐被引用到技术文件翻译领域。但是在实际操作中,基于Trados的翻译依然存在许多问题。本文根据笔者的大量实践,以机器翻译Trados为基础,探讨在计算机辅助翻译之下专利摘要英译的问题及解决办法,旨在为专利翻译工作者们提供积极的参考和帮助。

In recent years, with the increasing demand for patent translation, in order to lighten the translator’s burden and improve the efficiency, computer-assisted translation technology has been gradually introduced into the field of technical document translation. However, in practice, there are still many problems in Trados-based translation. Based on the author’s extensive practice and on the basis of machine translation(Trados), this paper discusses the problems and solutions of translation of patent abstracts under computer-assisted translation, with the aim of providing a positive reference and help for patent translators.
