摘要
在社会竞争不断加剧的今天,企业要想长久生存和发展,必须对人力资源实施高效的管理。对人力资源高效管理是企业建立稳定和谐环境的重要保障。现在我国的经济不断在面临着挑战,企业要想在解读这样的常态下的人力资源工作,一定要完善人力资源管理体系,充分发挥人力资源的作用,提高企业对人力资源管理的效率。本文对人力资源的现状和解决对策展开了论述。
